At RF LUMINO, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect orders before shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be free from scratches, cracks, damage, stains, or other signs of use
- Include all original components, accessories, and packaging
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect :
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Made-to-order products
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used
- Products returned without original packaging or essential components
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Purchaser's name
- Email address used for the order
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if requested

RETURN SHIPPING
If you are returning an eligible product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photos of the products you received, including the product label or packaging when available.
Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include sending the correct item, shipping the missing item, or issuing a refund where applicable.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–14 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Original shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by RF LUMINO or an approved damaged or defective product claim.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order items cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
POLICY UPDATES
RF LUMINO reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this website.
